You could add blog commenting to the list. It can get you traffic but it pays to be amongst the first 3 to post a comment so it's essential to pick your blogs and subscribe to the posts. That is what I do. I do more than one web site however. I have lots but I work on my main money sites most usually. I suppose when I first started it took me an hour and a half to do it. Now I can get it done in 12 minutes. I got a lot of tools to speed things up, including a key word program and an article writer. The hardest thing is sitting down and sending email or submissions to different blogs, ad blasters, groups that you have joined, double opt-ins and etc. This takes a lot of time and sometimes you spend some money on what you think is the bargain of the day or night. To add people to your list is not easy, I don't care how many list builder programs you have. But you have to keep trying every day or night. Good Luck! I have several web sites so I have to get traffic for all of them amongst other things like updating, etc. so I recently started a folder for each with to do lists for each of them, including the traffice getting, link building section, so I never go too long without getting some kind of link. It really does help writing stuff down. I can remember a lot, but with so much going on in my biz and my life, I do forget some stuff, especially some cool ideas I have when I'm not working. That's when it seems like I'm relaxed enough for the juices to start flowing. It's seems like a tedious thing to do, writing it all down, but after you've tried it for a while you will feel more organized and not like you are forgetting something. :) Sandra I like your post. Great post and you are right it is difficult to make the time to spend on traffic and that is what makes our business work.
